基于R语言分析段俊国教授治疗糖尿病视网膜病变用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于R语言,挖掘段俊国教授治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的用药规律。方法收集2023年7月至2024年7月段教授治疗DR的处方,用Excel整理中药功效、药性、归经,借助R.4.4.1分析。结果共得104首有效处方,涉及122味中药,频次达1432次。前20味高频用药多具补虚、清热等功效,药性以寒、平、温为主,药味为甘、苦、辛,归经集中于肝、肺等。关联规则提升度前5药对明确,聚类分析分5类且多组药对相关性强。结论段教授治疗DR基本治法为柔肝养血等,多选用补虚等药,会依不同夹杂症状辨证用药。Objective Based on the R language,to explore the medication rules of Professor Duan Junguo in the treatmentof diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods Prescriptions for DR treatment by Professor Duan from July 2023 to July 2024 were collected.The efficacy,medicinal properties and meridian tropisms of traditional Chinese medicines were sorted out using Excel,and analyzed with the help of R.4.4.1.Results A total of 104 valid prescriptions were obtained,involving 122 kinds of traditional Chinese 1936nianmedicines,with a total frequency of 1,432 times.The top 20 frequently used medicines mostly have the effects of tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,etc.The medicinal properties are mainly cold,neutral and warm,the tastes are sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian tropisms are mainly related to the liver,lung,etc.The top 5 drug pairs in terms of the lift of association rules are clear.The cluster analysis is divided into 5 categories,and there is a strong correlation among multiple groups of drug pairs.Conclusion Professor Duan's basic treatment method for DR is to soften the liver and nourish the blood,etc.He mostly selects medicines for tonifying defficiency,etc.,and will use medicines based on syndrome differentiation according to different concurrent symptoms.
