摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡-黄芩药对治疗口腔扁平苔藓(Oral Lichen Planus,OLP)的作用机制。方法法TCMSP数据库筛选柴胡-黄芩药对的活性成分及作用靶点,GeneCards、OMIM数据库筛选OLP靶点,接着利用STRING平台构建蛋白相互作用网络图(PPI),筛选活性靶点。使用Metascape平台进行GO功能注释和KEGG通路富集分析,最后进行分子对接验证。结果得到74个药对与疾病的共同靶点,PPI、GO、KEGG分析显示柴胡-黄芩药对通过调控PI3K-Akt、HIF-1等信号通路作用于AKT1、HIF1A、TNF等关键靶点,通过抑制细胞炎症反应、氧化应激等途径从而发挥治疗OLP的作用。分子对接结果表明,核心活性成分与靶蛋白结合活性强。结论本研究探索了柴胡-黄芩药对治疗OLP的靶点和机制,为临床应用提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of the Radix Bupleuri-Scute-llariae Radix in treating Oral Lichen Planus(OLP).Methods Active compounds and targets of the Radix Bupleuri-Scutel-lariae Radix were identified using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database(TCMSP).OLP-related targets were obtained from the GeneCards and OMIM databases.A protein-Protein Interaction(PPI)network was constructed using the STRING platform to identify active targets gene ontology(GO)and kyotoencyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses were performed using the Metascape platform,followed by molecular docking validation.Results A total of 74 common targets were Radix Bupleuri-Scutellariae Radix and OLP.PPI,GO,and KEGG analyses revealed that the Radix Bupleuri-Scutellariae Radix regulates key targets such as AKT1,HIF1A,and TNF through pathways like PI3K-Akt and HIF-1.It exerts therapeutic effects by modulating inflammation and oxidative stress,thereby treating OLP.The findings from molecular docking demonstrate robust interactions between the principal active compounds and the intended protein targets.Conclusion This study elucidates the targets and mechanisms of the Radix Bupleuri-Scutellariae Radix in the treatment of OLP,providing a theoretical foundation for its clinical application.
