基于CiteSpace的妊高相关视网膜研究进展知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对妊娠期高血压疾病相关视网膜研究的相关中文文献的研究现状、热点及其发展趋势进行分析。方法系统检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中相关文献,对内容通过文献计量学研究手段及CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件进行可视化分析。结果最终纳人文献150篇。文献年度发文量总体呈上升趋势,作者分析显示肖玲为发文量最多作者且所在团队较稳定;机构分析显示文献发文量最多的机构是天津市中心妇产科医院。关键词分析显现妊娠期高血压疾病相关视网膜研究主要集中在视网膜、眼底改变、危险因素、高血压、并发症等方面。结论该研究为快速掌握妊娠期高血压疾病相关视网膜研究现状,了解当下研究热点,为未来深入研究发展提供参考。Objective To analyze the current research status,hotspots,and development trends of retinal studies related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in Chinese using CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software.Methods We systematically searched the CNKI database for relevant literature and conducted bibliometric analysis using CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software.Results 150 articles were included.The number of annual publications showed an increasing trend,and the author analysis showed that Xiao Ling was the author with the most publications,and her team was stable;the institutional analysis showed that the institution with the most publications was Tianjin Central Obstetrics and Gynaecology Hospital.Keyword analysis showed that the retinal studies related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy mainly focused on the retina,fundus changes,risk factors,hypertension,complications,and so on.Conclusion The study provides a quick grasp of the current status of pregnancy hypertension-related retina research,understands the current research hotspots,and provides a reference for the future development of in-depth research on gestational hypertension-related retina.
