摘  要:电刺激是一种非药物治疗手段。最新研究表明,电刺激可提高血管血流量并加快血流速度,改善微循环。有研究证明,无创电刺激可以保留或恢复部分视网膜和视神经疾病患者的视力,尤其是对病糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、年龄相关性黄斑变性及视网膜色素变性等常见眼底疾病。这些眼底疾病的发生发展均与视网膜微循环改变有关。因此,了解电刺激对视网膜微循环的影响对眼底疾病的治疗有着重要临床意义。Electrical stimulation is a non-pharmacological treatment method.Recent research indicates that it can increase blood flow and flow velocity,thereby improving microcirculation.Studies have shown that non-invasive electrical stimulation can preserve or restore vision in patients with certain retinal and optic nerve diseases,particularly in common fundus diseases such as diabetic retinopathy,glaucoma,age-related macular degeneration,and retinitis pigmentosa.The occurrence and progression of these fundus diseases are all associated with changes in retinal microcirculation.Therefore,understanding the effects of electrical stimulation on retinal microcirculation is of significant clinical importance for the treatment of fundus diseases.
