摘　　要：后部多形性角膜内皮营养不良(Posterior Polymorphous Corneal Dystrophy,PPCD)是一种较为罕见且复杂的角膜内皮疾病,本文通过对该疾病裂隙灯检查、角膜内皮显微镜以及角膜共焦显微镜的综合分析,总结了PPCD与Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良(Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy,FECD)及ICE综合症(Iridocorneal endothelial Syndrome)的鉴别要点。此外,文章还深入探讨了以上三种角膜内皮疾病继发青光眼的发病机制及其治疗策略,强调了早起诊断和及时干预在提高患者预后方面的重要性。Posterior Polymorphous Corneal Dystrophy,PPCD is a rare and complicated corneal endothelial disease,this article through to the disease,slit lamp examination of corneal endothelial microscope and comprehensive analysis on the corneal confocal microscopy are summarized with Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy,and ICE syndrome the identification of key points.In addition,the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of glaucoma secondary to the above three kinds of corneal endothelial diseases were discussed in depth,emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and timely intervention in improving the prognosis of patients.
