摘　　要：数字金融的发展揭开了金融机构变革的序幕,农村商业银行与大型商业银行的发展差距进一步拉大,自身经营绩效受到严重冲击。本文基于2010—2021年223家农村商业银行数据,运用稳健最小二乘法,探究了数字金融发展对农村商业银行经营绩效的影响机制,进一步从城镇化、银行创新能力角度考察了数字金融发展影响农村商业银行经营绩效的差异性。结果表明:数字金融发展对农村商业银行经营绩效具有负向影响,该影响主要通过冲击获利渠道和挤压市场份额两个渠道抑制其经营绩效的提升。进一步研究发现,新型城镇化水平较高地区的农村商业银行受到的影响更大,而创新能力较强的农村商业银行能够更好地应对数字金融带来的冲击。本文的研究为政府政策实施和农村商业银行数字化转型发展提供了有益的参考。The development of digital finance has heralded a transformation in financial institutions,exacerbating the development gap between rural commercial banks and large commercial banks,and severely affecting their operating performance.Based on the data from 223 rural commercial banks from 2010 to 2021,this paper uses the robust least squares method to study the impact mechanism of digital finance development on the operating performance of rural commercial banks.It further explores the differential effects of digital finance development on the operating performance of rural commercial banks from the perspectives of urbanization and bank innovation capability.The results demonstrate that digital finance development has a negative impact on the operating performance of rural commercial banks,mainly suppressing performance improvements through the channels of profit disruption and market share squeeze.Further study finds that rural commercial banks in regions of higher levels of new urbanization are more significantly affected,while those with stronger innovation capabilities can better withstand the shocks brought by digital finance.This research provides valuable insights for government policy implementation and the digital transformation of rural commercial banks.
