摘  要:针对在役正交异性桥面板U肋与顶板间单面焊焊根普遍存在疲劳开裂问题,将U肋内焊技术应用于在役桥梁,恢复并提升其疲劳性能。为了研究合理的内焊加固参数,选取典型疲劳裂纹深度、内焊熔透率和焊脚尺寸,进行有限元分析,研究内焊参数变化对疲劳裂纹扩展和U肋与顶板连接区性能的影响规律,进而探讨合理内焊参数。研究表明,内焊加固能够将未裂穿顶板的疲劳裂纹前缘等效应力强度因子幅值降至扩展阈值以下,且能明显恢复连接区等效结构应力;内焊熔透率不小于80%和焊脚尺寸不小于4mm,均能抑制疲劳裂纹继续扩展和恢复结构性能,但综合效果随熔透率和焊脚尺寸的增加而变差。因此,建议应在疲劳裂纹贯穿顶板前U肋内焊加固实施,内焊熔透率取80%,焊脚尺寸取4mm。In response to the common problem of fatigue cracking in the single-sided welding root between the U-ribs and the top plate of in-service orthotropic bridge decks,the U-rib internal welding technology is applied to in-service bridges to restore and improve their fatigue performance.In order to study reasonable internal welding reinforcement parameters,in this paper,typical fatigue crack depth,internal welding penetration rate,and weld foot size are selected to carry out finite element analysis,the influence of internal welding parameter changes on fatigue crack propagation and the performance of the Urib to roof connection zoneare studied,and reasonable internal welding parameters are further explored.Research has shown that internal welding reinforcement can reduce the amplitude of the equivalent stress intensity factor at the leading edge of fatigue cracks that have not penetrated the top plate to below the propagation threshold,and can significantly restore the equivalent structural stress in the connection zone;internal welding penetration rate≥80%and weld foot size≥4 mm can both suppress fatigue crack propagation and restore structural performance,but the overall effect deteriorates with the increase of penetration rate and weld foot size.Therefore,it is recommended that the internal welding reinforcement of U-ribs should be implemented before the fatigue crack penetrates the top plate,with an internal welding penetration rate of 80%and a weld foot size of 4 mm.
