双线公路隧道下穿既有铁路隧道施工变形控制体系研究

摘  要:以黔石高速公路万寿山隧道下穿沪蓉万寿山铁路隧道为工程依托,采用现场调查、试验分析、数值计算、检测与监测等研究方法,开展了工程地质调查与现状评价,确定了动静荷载耦合的双线公路隧道下穿既有铁路隧道开挖影响区域,提出了包括超前支护和双层初期加强支护的变形控制技术,优化出下穿隧道工程影响区域采用上下台阶爆破法的开挖方法,采用分段控制动态调控方法对施工过程进行监测,形成了下穿隧道施工过程变形控制体系。施工过程与施工后既有隧道沉降监测点变形均小于阈值,与原设计采用挖掘机静态法开挖对比工期缩短59.9%。实践证明,双线公路隧道下穿既有铁路隧道开挖变形控制体系,具有高效、安全可靠等优点,可为类似工程提供技术借鉴。Taking Wanshoushan tunnel of Qianjiang-Shizhu Expressway under crossing the Wanshoushan tunnel of the Shanghai-Chengdu Railway as the engineering background,through study methods of site survey,experimental analysis,numerical computation,test and monitoring,geological survey and site conditions evaluation are carried out to determine the affected area of excavation of double line highway tunnel under the coupled dynamic and static loads underpass the existing railroad tunnel,the deformation control techniques including over-advance support and double-layer initial reinforcement support and optimizing the deformation control system during the construction process are proposed.The excavation method is optimized by adopting up and down step blasting method,and the construction process is monitored by adopting section control dynamic regulation method,and the deformation control system for the construction process of the underpass tunnel is then formed.The deformation of the existing tunnel settlement monitoring points during and after construction is less than the threshold value,and the construction period is shortened by 59.9%compared with that of the original design using the static method of excavation by excavator.Practice has proved that the deformation control system for tunnel excavation of double line highway tunnel under the existing railroad has the advantages of high efficiency,safety and reliability,which can provide technical reference for similar projects.
