摘　　要：文章以2009—2023年中国创业板上市公司为研究对象,实证检验高管团队的复合知识结构对科创企业双元创新的影响。研究发现:高管团队的理工科背景能显著促进企业探索式创新,商科背景能显著促进企业利用式创新;商科与理工科复合背景、管理职业与理工科背景的复合交互均能显著促进企业双元创新协同。拓展研究发现:战略柔性能够在高管团队复合知识结构与企业双元创新之间发挥中介作用;与非民营科创企业相比,民营科创企业的产权性质强化了高管团队的复合知识结构对科创企业双元创新的正向影响;与单一的探索式或利用式创新相比,双元创新协同对科创企业成长性影响更显著。This article uses listed companies on China Growth Enterprise Market from 2009 to 2023 as research samples to empirically examine the impact of the composite knowledge structure of the top management team on the ambidextrous innovation of science and technology innovation enterprises.According to the research findings,the top management team with a background in science and engineering can significantly enhance a company's exploratory innovation,while those with a business background can significantly boost the company's exploitative innovation.Moreover,both the composite background in business and science/engineering and the composite interaction between the management profession and the science/engineering background can significantly foster a company's ambidextrous innovation synergy.Based on the extended research findings,strategic flexibility can play a mediating role between the composite knowledge structure of the top management team and the ambidextrous innovation of the enterprise.Compared with non-private science and technology innovation enterprises,the property right nature of private science and technology innovation enterprises strengthens the positive impact of the composite knowledge structure of the top management team on the ambidextrous innovation of science and technology innovation enterprises.Compared with single exploratory or exploitative innovation,ambidextrous innovation synergy has a greater impact on the growth of science and technology innovation enterprises.
