专精特新企业集聚与居民收入差距——基于城市样本的实证分析

摘　　要：专精特新企业的区域化集聚有利于畅通经济循环堵塞点、优化初次收入分配格局,是缩小居民收入差距的重要举措。文章基于2019—2023年中国272个城市的面板数据,对专精特新企业集聚影响居民收入差距的中介效应及调节效应进行实证分析。研究发现:专精特新企业集聚有利于缩小城市全体居民收入差距,但对城镇居民和乡村居民的影响效果不显著;优化产业结构和消弭数字鸿沟是专精特新企业集聚缩小居民收入差距的重要传导路径;居民受教育水平和城镇化水平在影响机制中分别发挥增强和弱化的调节作用。进一步研究发现,专精特新企业集聚对缩小居民收入差距的作用存在显著的时间及空间异质性。The regional clustering of SRDI enterprises is conducive to unblocking economic circulation bottlenecks and optimizing the initial income distribution pattern,and is an important measure to narrow the income gap among residents.Based on panel data from 272 cities in China between 2019 and 2023,this article conducts an empirical analysis on the mediating and moderating effects of the clustering of SRDI enterprises on the income gap among residents.According to the research findings,the clustering of SRDI enterprises helps shrink the income gap among all urban residents,though it has no significant impact on town and rural residents.Optimizing industrial structures and eliminating the digital gap are crucial pathways through which the clustering of SRDI enterprises can help narrow the income gap among residents.Additionally,the education level of residents and the degree of urbanization play enhanced and weakened moderating roles,respectively,in this mechanism.The further research reveals significant temporal and spatial heterogeneity in the impact effect of the clustering of SRDI enterprises helps shrink the income gap among all urban residents.
