摘　　要：随着客户环保意识增强和市场环境波动,更多企业将可持续供应链管理作为长期战略,同时数字技术的进步推动企业通过社交媒体加速信息交换,以提高供应链透明度和敏捷性。文章以B2B制造业为例,构建社交媒体使用、可持续供应链管理、供应链敏捷性、供应链风险及利益相关者压力的关系模型,通过对235家中国制造企业的数据分析发现:可持续供应链管理和社交媒体使用均显著提升了供应链敏捷性;可持续供应链管理在社交媒体使用与供应链敏捷性之间起部分中介作用;供应链风险负向调节社交媒体与可持续管理的关系,而利益相关者压力对该关系起正向调节作用。As customers become more environmentally conscious and market conditions fluctuate,more companies are adopting sustainable supply chain management as a long-term strategy.At the same time,advancements in digital technology are driving businesses to use social media to accelerate information exchange,to enhance supply chain transparency and agility.Taking the B2B manufacturing industry as an example,this article develops a relational model involving social media usage,sustainable supply chain management,supply chain agility,supply chain risk,and stakeholder pressure.An analysis of data from 235 manufacturing enterprises in China reveals that both sustainable supply chain management and social media usage significantly enhance supply chain agility.Sustainable supply chain management partially mediates the relationship between social media usage and supply chain agility.Supply chain risk negatively moderates the relationship between social media and sustainable management,while stakeholder pressure positively moderates this relationship.
