伢典凝胶去龋联合树脂填充治疗龋齿患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察伢典凝胶去龋联合树脂填充治疗龋齿患儿的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年2月该院收治的80例龋齿患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。两组均给予树脂填充,对照组给予传统磨牙去龋,研究组给予伢典凝胶去龋,比较两组临床疗效、治疗时间、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分和治疗前后咀嚼功能评分、龈沟液炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为81.13%(43/53),高于对照组的74.51%(38/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组食物类型、咀嚼食物、咀嚼稳定性、咀嚼异常性等咀嚼功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组龈沟液TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伢典凝胶去龋联合树脂填充治疗龋齿患儿可提高治疗总有效率和咀嚼功能评分,缩短治疗时间,降低疼痛程度评分和龈沟液炎性因子水平,效果优于传统磨牙去龋联合树脂填充治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Carisolv gel caries removal combined with resin filling in treatment of children with dental caries.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 children with dental caries admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to February 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given the resin filling.The control group was given conventional teeth grinding to remove caries,while the study group was given Carisolv gel caries removal.The clinical efficacies,the treatment time,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]scores,the masticatory function scores,and the levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)]in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 81.13%(43/53),which was higher than 74.51%(38/51)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of food type,chewing food,chewing stability,chewing abnormality and other masticatory function in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Carisolv gel caries removal combined with resin filling in the treatment of the children with dental caries can improve the total effective rate and the masticat
