右佐匹克隆联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察右佐匹克隆联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年9月该院收治的68例精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=34)与研究组(n=34)。对照组采用富马酸喹硫平治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合右佐匹克隆治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后睡眠质量指标(觉醒时间、总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、深睡眠时间)、神经递质指标[脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、褪黑素(MT)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组觉醒时间、睡眠潜伏期均短于治疗前,且研究组短于对照组,两组总睡眠时间、深睡眠时间均长于治疗前,且研究组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组BDNF、5-HT、MT水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:右佐匹克隆联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者可提高治疗总有效率和神经递质指标水平,以及改善睡眠质量指标水平的效果优于单纯富马酸喹硫平治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Eszopiclone combined with Quetiapine fumarate in treatment of patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders.Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into control group(n=34)and study group(n=34).The control group was treated with Quetiapine fumarate,while the study group was treated with Eszopiclone on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacies,the levels of sleep quality indexes(awakening time,total sleep time,sleep latency,deep sleep time)and neurotransmitter indexes[brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),melatonin(MT)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.18%,which was higher than 70.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the awakening time and the sleep latencies of the two groups were shorter than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were shorter than those in the control group;the total sleep time and the deep sleep time of the two groups were longer than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were longer than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of BDNF,5-HT and MT in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Eszopiclone combined with Quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the levels
