NLR、睾酮水平联合检测在前列腺特异性抗原灰区前列腺癌诊断中的效能

摘　　要：目的:分析中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、睾酮水平联合检测在前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)灰区前列腺癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取2019年1月至2023年1月该院收治的45例前列腺癌患者为研究组,另选取同期该院45名健康体检者为对照组。比较两组睾酮、NLR水平,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC),分析睾酮、NLR水平单项及联合检测在PSA灰区前列腺癌诊断中的效能。结果:研究组睾酮水平低于对照组,NLR水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,睾酮、NLR水平单项及联合检测诊断PSA灰区前列腺癌的AUC分别为0.746、0.751、0.903,且联合检测的诊断效能高于二者单项检测。结论:睾酮、NLR水平联合检测诊断PSA灰区前列腺癌的效能高于二者单项检测。Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and testosterone levels in diagnosis of prostate cancer in prostate specific antigen(PSA)gray zone.Methods:A total of 45 patients with prostate cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study group,and 45 healthy subjects in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of testosterone and NLR were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn,the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated,and the efficiency of single and combined detection of testosterone and NLR levels in the diagnosis of prostate cancer in PSA gray zone were analyzed.Results:The level of testosterone in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the level of NLR was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of single and combined detection of testosterone and NLR levels in the diagnosis of prostate cancer in PSA gray zone was 0.746,0.751 and 0.903,separately,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of testosterone and NLR levels in the diagnosis of prostate cancer in PSA gray zone is higher than that of single detection.
