摘　　要：聚焦研究科技馆数字化转型,加强科技馆在数字化建设中对数字化转型内涵、动因、技术及实现路径的整体认知。通过探讨科技馆数字化转型的发展背景、内涵、内外因及关键数字技术,并结合上海科技馆具体实践,剖析科技馆数字化典型应用以及数字化转型面临的挑战,在组织和实施层面总结并给出数字化转型实现路径建议。This article focuses on the research of digital transformation of science and technology museum to strengthen the overall understanding of the connotation,motivation,technology,and realization path of digital transformation in the digital construction of science and technology museum and look forward to providing reference for science and technology museum when carrying out digital transformation service by combining new digital technologies and scenario applications.By analyzing the development background,connotation,and definition of digital transformation,the internal and external causes of digital transformation,and the key digital technologies,and combining the specific practice of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum,this article discusses the typical digital applications and challenges of digital transformation of science and technology museum,and analyzes and summarizes the path to achieve digital transformation at the organizational and implementation levels.
