摘　　要：变电站一键顺控刀闸传感器安装具有精度要求高、施工难度大且需要停电安装的难题,极大影响了一键顺控技术推广应用。针对这一问题,根据AIS刀闸设备和GIS刀闸设备的结构特点,研制出了适用于不同类型刀闸的传感器安装固定工具。针对户外AIS刀闸设备,研制了一套适用于姿态传感器可带电安装的组合工具,包括手持绝缘安装杆、带有绝缘杆的安装套筒及辅助固定件,实现姿态传感器带电安装。针对室内GIS刀闸设备,设计了一种磁感应传感器与GIS刀闸转轴连杆固定连接装置,实现了磁感应传感器与转轴连杆的可靠连接。The installation of one key sequential control switch sensors in substations has high precision requirements,high construction difficulty,and the need for power outage installation,which greatly affects the promotion and application of one key sequential control technology.In response to this issue,based on the structural characteristics of AIS and GIS knife switch equipment,installation and fixing tools suitable for different types of knife switch sensors have been developed.Develop a combination tool suitable for live installation of attitude sensors for outdoor AIS knife switch equipment,including handheld insulated installation rods,installation sleeves with insulated rods,and auxiliary fixing parts,to achieve live installation of attitude sensors.A fixed connection device between a magnetic induction sensor and the GIS switch shaft connecting rod is designed for indoor GIS switch equipment,achieving reliable connection between the magnetic induction sensor and the shaft connecting rod.
