摘  要:针对特高压绝缘子更换作业中作业工器具安全隐患,在现有液压丝杠的基础上创新性增设并联机械丝杠,构成三联丝杠。调研特高压绝缘子检修作业技术难题,设计辅助更换装置,包括绝缘子起吊架及托瓶架,方便作业人员拆装绝缘子。结合特高压工程中绝缘子等级,确定三联丝杠紧线器荷载值为150kN,绝缘子托瓶架荷载为1000N,绝缘子起吊架荷载为500N;进而研制了整套防脱式特高压绝缘子更换装置。通过现场成功应用,验证了该套工器具的有效性,实现带电更换特高压耐张绝缘子的技术突破。In view of the hidden danger of working equipment safety in UHV insulator replacement operation,a parallel mechanical lead screw is innovatively added on the basis of the existing hydraulic lead screw to form a triple lead screw.Investigate the technical problems of UHV insulator maintenance operation,design auxiliary replacement devices,including insulator hanger and bottle holder,so as to facilitate the operators to disassemble and install insulators.According to the grade of insulator in UHV project,the load value of triple lead screw tightener is 150kN,the load of insulator bottle holder is 1000N,and the load of insulator hanger is 500N.Then a complete set of anti-trip UHV insulator replacement device is developed.Through the successful application in the field,the effectiveness of the set of tools and instruments is studied and verified,and the technical breakthrough of replacing UHV tension insulators with electric power is realized.
