摘 要:生物芯片是一种可以对生物样品进行高通量快速分析的微型化、集成化平台。作为一种新型的生物技术工具,生物芯片克服了传统生物学技术操作繁杂、自动化程度低、检测效率低等局限性,近年来在生物学、基础医学、中药学等研究领域发挥了重要作用。文章通过查阅国内外最新相关文献,分别对生物芯片在中药活性评价、作用机制解析、毒性成分筛选、质量评价等方面的应用进展进行综述,以期为生物芯片在中药领域的研究与推广应用提供新思路。Biochip is a miniaturized and integrated platform that can perform high-throughput and rapid analysis of biological samples.As a new biotechnology tool,biochip overcomes the limitations of traditional biological technology such as complicated operation,low automation,low detection efficiency,etc.,and has played an important role in biology,basic medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and other research fields in recent years.By reviewing the latest relevant literature at home and abroad,the article reviews the progress of biochip application in the evaluation of activity,mechanism of action,toxicity screening,and quality assessment of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to providing new ideas for the research and popularization of the application of biochip in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
