摘  要:为了分析制动压力对盘式制动器颤振的具体影响,基于经典两自由度模型,采用非线性动力学理论探究制动压力恒定和变化2种情况下的制动颤振行为及其机理。Hopf分岔曲线和黏滑振动(Stick-Slip)曲线将转速-制动压力平面分为A、B和C 3个具有不同动力学特征的区域。因A区域有且仅有1个稳定平衡点,故此区域不存在颤振;制动压力值在AB区域内变化时,当制动压力值由B区域进入A区域后,受A区域内稳定平衡点影响,颤振会逐步消失,且此后不再产生颤振;制动压力值在BC区域内变化时,受黏滑振动极限环影响,会一直存在颤振;制动压力值在ABC区域内变化时,受稳定平衡点和黏滑振动极限环的共同影响,可能引起多种振动行为。在理论和数值分析的基础上,采用台架试验验证了部分数值分析结果的正确性。研究结论可为通过制动压力调整实现制动颤振的主动抑制提供参考。In order to analyze the specific effect of brake pressure on disc brake vibration,nonlinear dynamics theory is used to investigate the brake vibration behavior and mechanism under the conditions of constant and changing brake pressure based on classical two-degree-of-freedom model.The speed-brake pressure parameter plane is divided into three regions with different dynamic characteristics,named A,B and C,via Hopf bifurcation curve and Stick-Slip curve.Because there is one and only one stable equilibrium point in region A,the vibration never happens here.When the brake pressure value changes in region AB,the vibration will gradually disappear after the brake pressure value enters A from B due to the influence of the stable equilibrium point in region A,and no more vibration will occur thereafter.When the brake pressure value changes in region BC,there will always be a vibration due to the influence of the Stick-Slip vibration limit cycles.Affected by both the Stick-Slip limit cycles and stable equilibrium points,different kinds of vibrations may occur when the braking pressure value changes in the ABC region.On the basis of theoretical and numerical analysis,the correctness of some numerical analysis results is verified by bench test.The conclusions can serve as a valuable reference for the active suppression of brake vibration by adjusting brake pressure.
