摘 要:甜菊糖苷是低热量、高甜度、无毒性的新一代甜味剂。因其获取方式不同,甜菊糖苷的组分和各组分的占比存在差异,会影响甜菊糖苷的甜味及药用疗效。为确保甜菊糖苷产品质量,常采用液相色谱法对甜菊糖苷产品组分进行定量控制。本文基于液相色谱法的定量机制和甜菊糖苷类化合物的理化特性,重点阐述了液相色谱法定量测定甜菊糖苷类化合物所用固定相和流动相的应用研究进展,总结了不同固定相材料的优缺点,推荐了甜菊糖苷类化合物反相液相色谱法定量的最佳色谱条件,并展望了用于分离定量糖类化合物的固定相材料的发展方向。Steviol glycosides are a new-generation sweetener characterized by low calorie,high sweetness and non-toxicity.Due to the different ways of obtaining steviol glycosides,there are differences in the composition and proportion of each component,which will affect the sweetness and medicinal efficacy of steviol glycosides.To ensure the quality of steviol glycosides,it is necessary to accurately quantify by Liquid chromatography(LC)to control the components of steviol glycosides products.Based on the quantitative mechanism of LC,and the physicochemical properties of various steviol glycosides,this review highlights research progresses in the application of the stationary phase and mobile phase used in the quantitative determination of steviol glycosides by LC.The advantages and disadvantages of different stationary phase materials are summarized,and the optimum chromatographic conditions for quantitative determination of steviol glycosides by reversed-phase liquid chromatography were recommended,as well as the development direction of stationary phase materials for the separation of quantitative carbohydrates was also prospected.
