摘  要:癌性疼痛是肿瘤最常见的伴随症状,其中癌性骨痛最为高发。近年来多项基础与临床研究证实电针可作为缓解癌性骨痛的辅助疗法,但确切效果和内在机制需深入研究。本文着眼于电针缓解癌性骨痛的基础研究,梳理近10年电针干预癌性骨痛的动物实验研究,归纳现有的电针干预癌性骨痛动物模型的实验设计、研究思路、电针干预方案和不足,在既有基础研究的框架上,提出相对完善的研究思路和方案,旨在为以后的相关研究提供参考和借鉴,为促进电针治疗在干预癌性骨痛领域的发展开辟新思路。Cancerous pain is the most common accompanying symptom of tumors,with cancerous ostalgia being the most common.In recent years,multiple basic and clinical studies have confirmed that electroacupuncture can be used as an adjuvant therapy to alleviate cancerous ostalgia,but the exact effect and underlying mechanism need to be further studied.This article focuses on the basic research of electroacupuncture relieving cancerous ostalgia,reviews animal experimental studies on electroacupuncture intervention of cancerous pain in the past 10 years,summarizes the experimental design,research ideas,electroacupuncture intervention plans,and shortcomings of existing animal models of electroacupuncture intervention in cancerous pain.On the basis of existing basic research framework,propose relatively complete research ideas and plans,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for future related research,and open up new ideas for promoting the development of electroacupuncture therapy in the intervention of cancerous pain.
