摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病患者常见的眼部并发症之一,对患者的视力有显著影响,严重时可导致视力下降至低视力水平乃至失明。本文从DR低视力患者院内外护理策略,如康复护理、心理护理、中医护理、健康教育、延续护理模式等研究进展进行综述,以期为构建DR低视力患者的护理方案提供参考依据,为未来临床护理实践提供参考。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most common ocular complications among patients with diabetes,significantly affecting their vision,and potentially leading to severe visual impairment or even blindness.This article reviews research progress on in-hospital and out of hospital nursing strategies for patients with DR low vision,such as rehabilitation nursing,psychological nursing,traditional Chinese medicine nursing,health education,and continuity of care models,in order to provide reference for constructing nursing plans for patients with DR low vision,and provide reference for future clinical nursing practice.
