摘  要:脂质是细胞构成生物膜及构件的基本成分之一,还可作为能量储存、代谢、信号分子在细胞活动中发挥重要作用。脂质代谢的调节对维持细胞内稳态至关重要。肿瘤微环境中的癌细胞,在肿瘤发生和发展过程中,可利用脂质代谢中的脂质合成、β氧化支持其快速增殖、存活、迁移、侵袭和转移。脂肪酸合酶(FASN)是参与脂质代谢的关键酶,其在肿瘤中所起到的作用逐渐进入各大研究者的视野。本文总结和讨论FASN在癌细胞调节方面取得的进展,并希望为临床治疗找到新作用靶点。Lipids are one of the basic components of cell membranes and building blocks,can also play important roles as energy storage,metabolism,and signaling molecules in cellular activities.The regulation of lipid metabolism is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis.Cancer cells in tumor microenvironment can use lipid synthesis and beta oxidation in lipid metabolism to support their rapid proliferation,survival,migration,invasion,and metastasis during tumor occurrence and development.Fatty acid synthase(FASN)is a key enzyme involved in lipid metabolism,its role in tumors has gradually entered the field of view of major researchers.This article summarizes and discusses the progress made by FASN in regulating cancer cells,and hopes to find new targets for clinical treatment.
