摘 要:耳鼻咽喉头颈外科传统本科生教学以课堂讲授为主,学生被动学习,理论与实践脱节,难以满足新时代人才培养需求。为此,本文深入剖析微课、翻转课堂及基于案例学习(CBL)教学法的优势。微课以5~15 min短视频聚焦单一知识点,形式多样,便于学生利用碎片化时间学习;翻转课堂将知识传授前置,培养学生自主学习能力;CBL教学法借助真实病例,构建学生临床思维。基于此,提出融合三者的教学设计,从教学目标设定、微课制作、CBL案例编写到课堂流程规划,全面提升教学质量。同时,针对教师角色转变、学生适应困难、教学资源整合等挑战给出应对策略。展望未来,新模式有望借助新技术实现精准教学与院校间的交流合作,为培养高素质医学人才提供有力支撑。Traditional undergraduate teaching in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery mainly relies on classroom lectures,with students passively learning,a disconnect between theory and practice,making it difficult to meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era.Therefore,this article deeply analyzes the advantages of micro lectures,flipped classrooms,and case-based learning(CBL)teaching methods.Micro lectures focus on a single knowledge point in short videos of 5-15 min,with various forms,making it easy for students to learn in fragmented time;flipped classroom prioritizes knowledge transmission and cultivates students’ability for self-directed learning;CBL teaching method utilizes real cases to construct students’clinical thinking.Based on this,a teaching design that integrates the three is proposed,which comprehensively improves the quality of teaching from setting teaching objectives,creating micro lectures,writing CBL cases to planning classroom processes.At the same time,strategies are provided to address challenges such as teacher role transformation,student adaptation difficulties,and integration of teaching resources.Looking ahead to the future,new model is expected to leverage new technologies to achieve precise teaching and facilitate communication and cooperation between universities,providing strong support for cultivating high quality medical talents.
