摘 要:目的目的探讨多元化健康教育在老年胃癌根治术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法方法将90例老年胃癌根治术患者按照干预方式的不同分为对照组(44例)、观察组(46例)。对照组采取常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上采取多元化健康教育。比较两组患者的心理状况[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、疾病认知、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]及满意度。结果结果干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者疾病认知、GSES评分均较干预前升高,且观察组患者疾病认知、GSES评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论结论多元化健康教育可提高老年胃癌根治术患者疾病认知及自我效能,改善心理状况,并提高患者的满意度,有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education in the perioperative period of elderly patients receiving radical resection of gastric cancer.Method A total of 90 elderly patients with radical resection of gastric cancer were divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to different intervention methods.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given diversified health education on the basis of the control group.The psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],disease cognition,self-efficacy[general self efficacy scale(GSES)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the disease cognition and GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the disease cognition and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can improve the disease cognition,self-efficacy,psychological status and satisfaction of elderly patients with radical gastrectomy,which has clinical application value.
