摘　　要：“增强中华文明传播力影响力”是习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出的新论断,是“推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌”的重大战略部署,关乎中华民族伟大复兴的顺利实现。这个论断的提出有着深刻的背景因素,分别是“远人不服,则修文德以来之”的历史传统、建设社会主义文化强国的重要内容以及提升国家文化软实力和国际话语权的现实需要。新时代增强中华文明传播力影响力是一项系统工程,必须要对准目标,多方发力。具体可以从三个方面着重努力:一是坚守中华文化立场,构建中国话语和中国叙事体系;二是加强国际传播能力建设,让世界聆听中国的声音;三是深化文明交流互鉴,推动中华文化更好走向世界。“Enhancing the power and influence of the spread of Chinese civilization”is a new assertion put forward by President Xi Jinping in the report to the 20th National Congress of CPC.It is a major strategic deployment of“promoting cultural confidence and self-reliance and creating a new glory of socialist culture”,which is related to the smooth realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.There are profound background factors for the proposal of this assertion,namely,the historical tradition of“if people from afar are not submissive,then cultivate virtue and culture to attract them”,the important content of building a strong socialist cultural country,and the practical need to enhance the country’s cultural soft power and international discourse power.Enhancing the dissemination and influence of Chinese civilization in the new era is a systematic project that must be targeted and put into multiple efforts..Specifically,we can focus on the following three aspects:Firstly,adhere to the position of Chinese culture and build a Chinese discourse and narrative system;secondly,strengthen the construction of international communication capabilities and let the world hear China’s voice;thirdly,deepen cultural exchanges and mutual learning,and promote the better integration of Chinese culture into the world.
