摘　　要：脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统的主要肿瘤类型,也是最常见的原发性颅内恶性肿瘤,其诊疗一直是医学领域的重大挑战。近年来,人工智能(AI)的快速发展为脑胶质瘤的诊断、治疗及预后带来了新的机遇。本文综述了AI在脑胶质瘤诊断、治疗和预后中的应用现状,并分析了当前面临的机遇和挑战,旨在为AI在脑胶质瘤诊疗中的进一步应用提供参考。Glioma is the main tumor type in the central nervous system and also the most common primary intracranial malignant tumor.Its diagnosis and treatment have always been major challenges in the medical field.In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of glioma.This review summarized the current application status of AI in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of glioma,and analyzes the current opportunities and challenges,aiming to provide a reference for the further applications of AI in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
