摘　　要：近年来,增强自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells, NK细胞)活性的中药及保健食品研究取得显著进展。本文通过“知网”“维普”“万方”等学术期刊平台,对国内代表性中药及其方剂增强NK细胞活性的研究进行综述整理。多数补益类中药、中药方剂以及保健食品均能有效激活NK细胞,机制上表现为调节免疫应答、促进细胞增殖与分化等,与中医“扶正祛邪”理念相一致。以中药、中药提取物为原料的多数中药及保健食品皆具有激活NK细胞活性的作用,具有广阔的市场前景与研究潜力。In recent years,significant progress has been made in the research of traditional Chinese medicine and health foods that enhance the activity of natural killer cells(NK cells).By searching academic databases such as"CNKI","VIP",and"Wanfang",this article systematically reviews domestic studies on representative Chinese medicinal herbs and their formulas for boosting NK cells activity.Most tonic Chinese medicinal herbs,herbal formulas,and TCM-based health foods have been shown to effectively activate NK cells.Their mechanisms involve modulating immune responses,promoting cell proliferation and differentiation,which aligns with the TCM principle of"strengthening the body′s resistance and eliminating pathogens".Health foods derived from medicinal herbs or their bioactive extracts generally exhibit NK cell-activating properties,demonstrating broad market prospects and significant research potential.
