摘　　要：随着临床药师制度的建立和不断完善,为医疗机构培养和输送临床药学专业人才已成为临床药学专业本科教育的重要使命。为适应这一需求,众多高校通过多种模式与附属医院开展合作,促进临床药学与基础药学的融合。近年来,校院共建临床药学院逐渐兴起,开创了临床药学院学生前3年在校培养、后两年在医院培养的新模式,旨在切实提高临床药学本科生的临床专业实践能力。本文依托我院工作经验,对“3+2”临床药学本科生培养的新模式进行了深入探讨。With the establishment and continuous improvement of the clinical pharmacist system,cultivating and delivering clinical pharmacy professionals to medical institutions has become an important mission of undergraduate education in clinical pharmacy.To meet this demand,many universities have cooperated with affiliated hospitals through various modes to promote the integration of clinical pharmacy and basic pharmacy.In recent years,the establishment of Clinical Pharmacy College by universities has gradually emerged,creating a new model for clinical pharmacy students to be trained in school for the first three years and in hospitals for the next two years,aiming to effectively improve the clinical practice ability of undergraduate students in clinical pharmacy.Based on our hospital′s work experience,this article explores in depth the new model of"3+2"undergraduate training in clinical pharmacy.
