酸冰刺激疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激对帕金森病吞咽功能障碍患者康复效果及营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病吞咽功能障碍患者应用酸冰刺激疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激干预的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将78例帕金森病吞咽功能障碍患者分为对照组(39例,采取常规吞咽功能康复训练)和观察组(39例,采取酸冰刺激疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激)。两组均持续干预观察60d。对两组吞咽功能恢复情况、康复情况、营养状态以及并发症发生情况进行评价和比较。结果观察组干预后标准吞咽功能量表(SSA)中正常进食、饮水测试、临床检查、总分等维度评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组康复总有效率和营养指标均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组误吸、吸入性肺炎等并发症较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病吞咽功能障碍患者经酸冰刺激疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激干预后,可促进吞咽功能恢复,促进患者营养状况改善,进一步提升康复效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of acid ice stimulation combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in patients with swallowing dysfunction in Parkinson's disease.Methods 78 patients with swallowing dysfunction of Parkinson's disease were divided into control group(39 cases,receiving routine swallowing rehabilitation training)and observation group(39 cases,receiving acid ice stimulation therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation)by random number table method.Both groups were continuously observed for 60 days.The recovery of swallowing function,rehabilitation,nutritional status and complications of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The scores of normal eating,drinking test,clinical examination and total score in the standard swallowing function scale(SSA)after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and nutritional indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complications of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acid and ice stimulation therapy with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can promote the recovery of swallowing function,further improve the rehabilitation effect,improve the nutritional status of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
