摘 要:高地应力环境下,隧道开挖面易发生显著的挤压性围岩大变形,容易诱发隧道塌方、结构压溃、仰拱隆起等安全事故,合理的开挖方式对于确保隧道施工安全至关重要。为探究挤压性围岩隧道合理的开挖方式,采用室内三轴试验研究挤压性围岩的力学本构关系,并通过数值模拟和现场实测对比分析三种开方式下挤压性围岩隧道的变形规律。结果表明:挤压性围岩的力学特性与其所受围压密切相关,不同围压条件下,力学参数差异较大。单次开挖断面越小,对围岩的扰动范围越小,也能够有效降低围岩应力重分布的程度。弧形导坑三台阶七步流水开挖方法既可有效控制隧道变形,又能提升开挖效率,为最佳开挖方式。Under high ground stress environment,the tunnel excavation face is prone to significant large deformation of squeezing surrounding rock,which is easy to induce safety accidents such as tunnel collapse,structural crushing and inverted arch uplift.Reasonable excavation methods are crucial for ensuring the safety of tunnel construction.In order to explore the reasonable excavation method of squeezing surrounding rock tunnel,the mechanical constitutive relationship of squeezing surrounding rock is investigated by indoor triaxial test,and the deformation law of squeezing surrounding rock tunnel under three opening modes is analyzed by numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that the mechanical properties of the squeezed surrounding rock are closely related to the confining pressure.Under different confining pressure conditions,the mechanical parameters are quite different.The smaller the single excavation section is,the smaller the disturbance range of surrounding rock is,and the degree of stress redistribution of surrounding rock can be effectively reduced.The three-bench seven-step flow excavation method of the arc guide pit can not only effectively control the tunnel deformation,but also improve the excavation efficiency,which is the best excavation method.
