摘　　要：政党责任是政党在社会政治生活中所承担的义务和使命,中国共产党的政党责任涵盖三个基本维度即为人类谋幸福的历史责任、引导和推动现代化进程的政治责任以及积极构建人类命运共同体的社会责任。它们相互关联,影响着政党的整体运行和发展。党的自我革命对于履行政党责任,保持党的先进性与纯洁性,提升党的执政能力与治理水平,赢得人民信任,巩固执政基础,增强党在国内外政治舞台的影响力等意义重大。政党责任视域下党的自我革命有着系统且明确的实践要求,从强化思想引领筑牢根基,到完善制度建设形成长效机制,再到提升能力应对实践挑战以及密切联系群众校准实践导向,各个环节相互配合、相辅相成。The responsibilities of political parties point to the obligations and missions of political parties in social and political life.The party responsibility of the Communist Party of China covers three basic dimensions:the historical responsibility for seeking happiness for the mankind,the political responsibility for guiding and promoting the modernization process,and the social responsibility for actively building a community with a shared future for mankind,of which are interrelated and together affect the overall operation and development of the Party.The self-reform of the Party is of great significance for fulfilling the Party's responsibilities,maintaining the Party's progressive nature and purity,improving the Party's ruling ability and governance level,winning the people's trust and consolidating the ruling foundation and enhancing the Party's influence in the domestic and foreign political arena.From the perspective of Party responsibilities,the self-reform of the Party has systematic and clear practical requirements,ranging from strengthening ideological guidance to laying a solid foundation,from improving systemic construction to forming a long-term mechanism and from improving the ability to cope with challenges and closely connecting with the masses to following practical guidance,with all aspects cooperating and interacting each other.
