摘 要:为了提升基于相直流模型的异步电机定子电阻在线辨识方法的辨识精度,提出一种考虑逆变器非线性因素的定子电阻在线辨识方法。首先详细分析逆变器非线性因素对电阻辨识精度的影响机理,随后通过离线自学习得到由于逆变器非线性因素导致的逆变器误差电压,并将逆变器误差电压的自学习结果与推导得到的误差电压理论计算式相融合,在进行定子电阻在线辨识时实时补偿逆变器误差电压。进一步地,考虑到相电流中存在影响辨识精度的直流零漂分量,优化了电阻辨识时序与电阻计算方法,有效提高电阻辨识精度。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的方法在不同负载、不同开关频率稳定旋转工况下均具有较高的电阻辨识精度,辨识误差均不超过4%,验证了算法的有效性。To enhance accuracy of the stator resistance online identification for induction motor based on phase DC model,an improved online stator resistance identification method considering inverter nonlinearity was proposed.Firstly,a detailed analysis of the mechanism of inverter nonlinearity’s influence on resistance identification method’s accuracy was conducted.On this basis,the inverter voltage error caused by inverter nonlinearity was obtained through offline self-learning.Based on self-learning results and the theoretical calculation formula,voltage error compensation method was carried out during online identification process.Furthermore,the resistance identification timing and resistance calculation method were optimized considering DC drift component,which effectively improves identification accuracy.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high identification accuracy under steady-state condition with different speeds,different switching frequencies,the identification errors are all within 4%,verifying effectiveness of the method.
