“工业遗产向艺术空间”:ANT理论视角下的城市转型研究——以奥地利林茨电子艺术节为例

摘　　要：奥地利林茨电子艺术节是世界上最富有盛名的新媒体艺术节之一,其历史源远流长,自1979年来已成功举办44年。通过研究林茨电子艺术节的运营模式与其历史发展,以行动者网络理论的视角,对林茨电子也艺术节进行研究,丰富了城市艺术转型的案例,深入探究林茨电子艺术节各个阶段的转型过程,梳理艺术节内部运作逻辑;本文阐述了艺术节所涉及的各种参与者、关键要素以及复杂的内部逻辑关系;分析林茨城市转型行动者网络构建,得出结论:林茨城市的转型升级受到政府和艺术机构、艺术家、消费者、网络等各类行动者的共同影响。通过“电子艺术”,为林茨带来大量第三产业经济收入,对其绿色城市建设示范和带动作用,使林茨完成“工业遗产向艺术空间”的转型。Austria Linz Ars Electronica is one of the most famous new media art festivals in the world.It has a long history and has been successfully held for 44 years since 1979.By studying the operation mode of Linz Ars Electronica and its historical development,the paper enriches the research of urban art transformation,and explores the internal operation logic of the translation process of Linz urban transformation network,and come to the conclusion that the transformation and upgrading of Linz city is influenced by the government,art institutions,artists,consumers,network and other actors.Through"electronic art",Linz will bring a lot of economic income from the tertiary industry,and play a demonstration and driving role in its green city construction,making Linz complete the transformation of"industrial heritage to art space".
