摘 要:阻燃剂是覆铜板(Copper Clad Laminate,CCL)的重要原料之一,其性能及其适配性直接影响CCL的介电特性等性能。本研究三种主流的阻燃剂(Saytex 8010、Exolit OP935、DFE791)在极低损耗CCL中的应用进行分析,通过比较其在阻燃效果、电性能、铜箔剥离强度三个关键性能指标上的表现,深入探讨其对CCL的性能影响。结果表明,Saytex 8010和DFE791均表现出较好的综合性能,适合应用于对电性能要求较高的CCL,而DFE791为含磷阻燃剂,更具环保优势;Exolit OP935综合性能最差,但其在特定应用场景中仍具备一定的适用性。Flame retardants are one of the key raw materials for Copper-Clad Laminate(CCL),and their performance and compatibility directly influence the dielectric and other characteristics of CCL.This study analyzes the application of three mainstream flame retardants(Saytex 8010,Exolit OP935,DFE791)in ultra-low loss CCL,and explores their impact on the performance of CCL by comparing their performance in three key indicators:flame retardant effect,electrical properties,and copper foil peel strength.The aim is to thoroughly examine the impact of each flame retardant on CCL performance.The results demonstrate that both Saytex 8010 and DFE791 exhibit better overall performance and are well-suited for use in CCLs with higher electrical performance requirements.DFE791,being a phosphorus-based flame retardant,has better environmental advantages.Exolit OP935 has the worst overall performance,but it still has certain applicability in specific scenarios.
