摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出:“要坚持大抓基层的鲜明导向,把基层党组织建设成为有效实现党的领导的坚强战斗堡垒。”浙江作为“两个先行”的示范省域,强调“激励干部担当作为,打造勤廉并重的新时代党建高地和风清气正、奋发进取的政治生态”,为新时代基层党建和工作队伍建设提出更明确的要求。作为高校党建的重要角色,高校组织员队伍的建设更是迫在眉睫。本研究立足于新时代党的建设总要求,积极响应习近平总书记关于加强党的组织建设和干部队伍建设的系列重要指示,探索符合新时代特点的高校组织员队伍建设新路径。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out“,We must adhere to the clear orientation of grasping the grassroots,and build the grassroots Party organizations into a strong fighting fortress for effectively realizing the leadership of the Party.”Zhejiang,as a demonstration province of the“two leads”,emphasizes the need to build a“political ecology that encourages cadres to take responsibility,and creates a party building highland in the new era with diligence and integrity and a political ecology that is clean and enterprising”,which puts forward more clear requirements for grassroots party building and work team construction in the new era.As an important role in the party building of colleges and universities,the construction of the organization team is more urgent.The research is based on the general requirements for Party building in the new era,actively responds to a series of important instructions from General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening the construction of the Party's organizations and the contingent of cadres,and explores new paths for the construction of university organization teams that are in line with the characteristics of the new era.
