摘  要:目的探讨腹腔镜手术视频在急性阑尾炎CT影像诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年9月至2024年2月在西湖大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院(浙江中医药大学第四临床医学院)进行住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)的浙江中医药大学临床医学硕士专业学位外科学方向的40名一年级研究生(以下简称学生)为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20名学生。试验组学生采用手术视频辅助教学方式,对照组学生采用传统讲授教学方式。培训前后,对两组学生进行CT读片考核和问卷调查,比较不同教学方法的应用效果。结果CT读片考核结果显示,培训后,试验组学生急性阑尾炎CT读片考核成绩[(81.0±9.8)分]高于对照组学生[(64.5±12.1)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生在激发学习兴趣[(4.75±0.44)分]、增强诊断信心[(3.65±0.67)分]、教学满意度[(4.40±0.50)分]等3方面的评分均高于对照组学生[(2.95±0.89)分、(2.35±0.86)分、(3.75±0.64)分],其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术视频应用于急性阑尾炎的CT影像诊断教学中,可以激发学生学习兴趣、增强学生诊断信心、提高学生教学满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery videos in CT imaging diagnosis teaching of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 40 first-year graduate students majoring in clinical medicine with a masters degree in surgical direction from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,who were undergoing standardized training for resident physicians at Hangzhou First Peoples Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine,Westlake University(The Fourth School of Clinical Medcine,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University)from September 2023 to February 2024,were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 20 students in each group.The experimental group students were taught with the assistance of surgical videos,while the control group students were taught using traditional lecture methods.Before and after the training,CT reading assessments and questionnaires were conducted for students in both groups to compare the application effects of different teaching methods.Results The CT reading assessment results showed that the scores of the students in the experimental group(81.0±9.8)were higher than those of the students in the control group(64.5±12.1)after training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The questionnaire survey results showed that the scores of the students in the experimental group in stimulating learning interest(4.75±0.44),enhancing diagnostic confidence(3.65±0.67),and teaching satisfaction(4.40±0.50)were all higher than those of the students in the control group(2.95±0.89,2.35±0.86,3.75±0.64),and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of laparoscopic surgery videos in CT imaging diagnosis teaching of acute appendicitis can stimulate studentsinterest in learning,enhance their diagnostic confidence,and improve their satisfaction with teaching,and is worth promoting and applying.
