口腔专科医师培养模式探讨

摘　　要：口腔专科医师的培养应是在口腔全科医师基础上通过专门的口腔专科医师培训、或者专业学位博士研究生教育以及进修学习、单位培训等继续口腔医学教育的模式,经考试考核合格,并经过注册成为开展口腔专科诊疗的口腔专科医师。关于口腔专科医师培养体系及医疗体系的建立有待完善,口腔专科医师的培养模式与培养标准等也有待深入探讨。本文从口腔专科医师的培养模式以及考试与考核等方面对口腔专科医师的培养做了初步探讨,提出口腔专科医师脱产和不脱产培养相结合的分类培养模式,对口腔专科医师考试与考核模式做了分析。the cultivation of dental specialists should be based on the basis of dental general practitioners through specialized oral training,or through professional degree doctoral education and learning,unit training continue medicine education,the examination,and registered to develop dental specialist diagnosis and treatment of dental specialists.The establishment of the training system and medical system of dental specialists need to be improved,and the training mode and training standards of dental specialists also need to be further discussed.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the training of dental specialists from the aspects of their training mode,examination and assessment,puts forward the classified training mode of combining off-duty and non-off-duty training of dental specialists,and analyzes the examination and assessment mode of dental specialists.
