摘 要:目的:测量并分析山东地区人群面部特征点距离与上颌中切牙宽度,为前牙美学区义齿修复中关于中切牙宽度的确定提供数据参考。方法:选取2025年1月~2月于滨州医学院附属烟台口腔医院就诊的118名18~35周岁志愿者(籍贯所在地为山东省),根据性别进行分组。使用高精度数字游标卡尺测量中切牙宽度;拍摄标准照片,使用Photoshop的标尺工具测量各特征点间距离。运用SPSS 20.0分析数据,探究面部特征点距离与上颌中切牙宽度的相关性,对比不同性别间的差异。结果:鼻翼宽IAD与右上中切牙宽度的相关性较强,相关系数女性为0.779(P<0.001),男性为0.750(P<0.001)。回归分析表明,女性IAD与右上中切牙宽度解释力较强,R^(2)=0.606。男性IAD对右上中切牙宽度的解释力较强,R^(2)=0.563;此外,女性群体中内眦距ICD对右上中切牙宽度解释力较弱,R^(2)=0.146。男性群体中,口角距ICW对右上中切牙宽度解释力一般,R^(2)=0.204;其余指标眉间距、瞳孔间距、外眦间距与右上中切牙宽度未有显著的相关性(P>0.05)。结论:采用IAD预测右上中切牙宽度具有一定的准确性,可作为美学区修复确定右上中切牙宽度的数据参考。Objective:To measure and analyze the distances between facial landmarks and the width of the maxillary central incisors in the population of Shandong Province,thus providing population-specific data for determining the width of central incisors in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods:A total of 118 volunteers(native to Shandong Province)aged 18-35 years visiting The Affiliated Yantai Stomatological Hospital,Binzhou Medical University from January to February 2025 were grouped by gender.High-precision digital vernier calipers were used to measure the width of the central incisors.Standardized facial photographs were analyzed using the ruler tool in Photoshop software to measure distances between facial landmarks.SPSS 20.0 was employed for statistical analysis to explore correlations between facial landmark distances and maxillary central incisor width,as well as gender differences.Results:A strong correlation was observed between inter-alar distance(IAD)and the width of the right maxillary central incisor(females:r=0.779,P<0.001;males:r=0.750,P<0.001).Regression analysis indicated high predictive power of IAD for incisor width(females:R^(2)=0.606;males:R^(2)=0.563).Weak correlations were found for intercanthal distance(ICD)in females(R^(2)=0.146)and intercommissural width(ICW)in males(R^(2)=0.204).Other metrics(interbrow distance,interpupillary distance,and outer canthal distance)showed no significant correlation with incisor width(P>0.05).Conclusion:The inter-alar distance(IAD)demonstrates moderate accuracy in predicting the width of the right maxillary central incisor,serving as a valuable reference for aesthetic dental restoration.
