摘 要:目的:探究目前国产氧化锆切削机(Ideal Mill 5A)与进口氧化锆切削机(Ceramill Motion 2)两种不同氧化锆切削设备在全瓷冠冠边缘切削精度与稳定性方面是否存在差异。方法:使用两种不同氧化锆切削机分别将10块相同厂家生产的氧化锆瓷块按照同一上颌第一磨牙代型设计的STL文件切削形成氧化锆全瓷冠,将切削完成的全瓷冠放置于原始基牙代型上,测量近中、远中、颊侧、舌侧四个方向上同一位点的冠边缘与代型间间隙,每个位点测量5次并取平均值,各组数据经过正态性检验与方差齐性检验后采用t检验统计分析两组冠边缘颊舌侧与近远中方向上切削精度的差异。结果:两组氧化锆切削机切削的氧化锆全冠颊舌向间隙宽度在0.07-0.16 mm范围,近远中向间隙宽度在0.10-0.22 mm范围,两种氧化锆切削机切削的氧化锆全瓷冠颊舌向和近远中向冠边缘与代型之间间隙宽度差异无统计学意义。结论:在氧化锆全瓷冠冠边缘切削精度与稳定性方面,本研究使用的两种氧化锆切削机差异无统计学意义。Objective:To investigate whether there is a significant difference between two different zirconia cutting machines,a domestic zirconia cutting machine(Ideal Mill 5A)and an imported zirconia cutting machine(Ceramill Motion 2),in terms of precision and stability of all-ceramic crown edge cutting.Methods:Ten zirconia porcelain blocks from the same manufacturer were cut to form zirconia all-ceramic crowns according to the STL file designed for the same maxillary first molar surrogate using domestic zirconia cutting machine and imported zirconia cutting machine,and the completed all-ceramic crowns were placed on the original abutment surrogate,and the gap between the crown edge and the surrogate was calculated at the same point in the four directions of proximal,distal,buccal,and lingual,with five values measured for each point and averaged to find the mean value.The data of each group were statistically analyzed by t-test for differences in cutting accuracy in the buccolingual and proximo-distal directions after the normality and chi-square tests.Results:The gap widths of zirconia all-ceramic crowns cut by zirconia cutting machines in the two groups were in the range of 0.07-0.16 mm in the proximal and distal mesial directions and in the range of 0.10-0.22 mm in the proximal and distal mesial directions,and there was no statistically significant difference in the gap widths of the buccolingual and proximal and distal mesial directions of zirconia allceramic crowns between the crown margins of the domestic and imported zirconia cutting machines and the generative models.Conclusion:There is no significant difference between domestic and imported zirconia cutting machines regarding the precision and stability of zirconia all-ceramic crown margin cutting.
