摘  要:随着新时代中国特色社会主义的发展,医学教育迎来了全新机遇与挑战。新时代的特定内涵在于社会主要矛盾的变化、科技革命的驱动以及“健康中国”战略的深化。这些都对医学教育提出了更高要求。在传统模式的基础上,如何实现创新发展成为重要课题。本文聚焦于新时代医学教育在培养目标、教学方式与评价体系上的前后差异,通过比较分析指出传统模式与新需求之间的矛盾,进一步探讨医学教育模式重构的必要性,并提出以多学科融合、智能技术赋能及人文素养培养为核心的创新策略,推动医学教育迈向新高度。With the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,medical education has entered a new chapter,presenting both opportunities and challenges.The essence of the new era lies in the shift of the principal social contradiction,the driving force of technological revolution,and the deepening of the“Healthy China”strategy,all of which place higher demands on medical education.Building upon traditional models,the critical issue is how to achieve innovative development.This article focuses on the differences in training objectives,teaching methods,and evaluation systems before and after the new era.Through comparative analysis,it highlights the conflicts between traditional models and new requirements,further exploring the necessity of restructuring medical education models.It also proposes innovative strategies centered on multidisciplinary integration,intelligent technology empowerment,and the cultivation of humanistic qualities to advance medical education to new heights.
