摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想的国际传播既是破解我国生态话语权在全球环境治理体系中式微的现实诉求,也是把握国际话语秩序重构战略机遇的历史必然。在全球生态治理范式转型的场域中,推动习近平生态文明思想的国际传播,能够为发展中国家的生态治理提供中国方案,消解西方生态话语霸权的认知遮蔽,推动“经济-生态”协同共进的全球秩序重构,为全球生态协同治理提供具有中国标识度的理论范式和实践参照系。然而,其国际传播实践中仍面临着诸如国际语境差异所衍生的“文化壁垒”、西方中心主义叙事框架的固有偏见以及地缘政治博弈引发的价值认同分歧等多重现实梗阻。鉴于此,需要通过中国生态话语体系构建与共情叙事效能提升、共商共建共享生态文明共识凝聚以及人类命运共同体理念引领的生态文明建设国际合作格局构建,实现生态话语转译范式与传播效能的双重跃升。The international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-civilization is not only a practical demand to address the decline of China’s ecological discourse power in the global environmental governance system,but also a historical necessity to seize the strategic opportunity of reconstructing the international discourse order.In the context of the transformation of the global ecological governance paradigm,promoting the international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-civilization can provide a Chinese solution for the ecological governance of developing countries,dispel the cognitive occlusion of Western ecological discourse hegemony,promote the reconstruction of the global order of coordinated progress of Economy-Ecology,and provide a theoretical paradigm and practical reference system with Chinese characteristics for global ecological collaborative governance.However,in the practice of its international communication,there are still multiple practical obstacles such as the Cultural Barrier derived from the differences in the international context,the inherent prejudice of the Western-centric narrative framework,and the value-identity differences caused by geopolitical games.In view of this,it is necessary to achieve a double leap in the paradigm of ecological discourse translation and communication effectiveness through the construction of China’s ecological discourse system and the improvement of the effectiveness of empathic narrative,the condensation of the consensus on ecological civilization based on extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits,and the construction of the international cooperation pattern of ecological civilization construction led by the concept of the community with a shared future for mankind.
