摘  要:新质生产力是一种全新生产力形态,以创新为驱动性力量,以数据为核心要素。依托新质生产力转型升级是饲料企业可持续发展的必由之路。饲料企业可利用新质生产技术,优化人力资源机制,调整人力资源结构,提高职工综合能力,培养新质“劳动力”。当前,饲料企业面临着转型的机遇与挑战,本文基于新质生产力视角,剖析了饲料企业人力资源管理过程中结构不合理、职工能力差异、职责分工模糊、晋升激励机制不健全等问题,深入探讨对策,以期对症下药解决问题。New Quality Productive Forces is a new form of productivity driven by innovation and centered around data.Relying on the transformation and upgrading of New Quality Productive Forces is the only way for feed enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Feed enterprises can utilize new quality production technologies,optimize human resource mechanisms,adjust human resource structures,improve employees’comprehensive abilities,and cultivate new quality“labor force”.At present,feed enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges for transformation.Based on the perspective of New Quality Productive Forces,this article analyzes the problems of unreasonable structure,differences in employee abilities,unclear division of responsibilities,and inadequate promotion and incentive mechanisms in the human resource management process of feed enterprises.It deeply explores countermeasures in order to solve the problems with targeted solutions.
