摘 要:文章主要研究了餐椅功能创新设计AHP-FAST-FBS方法的应用。文章指出餐椅作为现代就餐环境中集舒适性、实用性、美观性为一体的家具产品,而现有的餐椅设计主要围绕使用舒适度和造型创新设计,很少有研究涉及座椅功能的设计和系统方法。该研究通过深入访谈和KJ方法的应用,捕捉多方面的消费者需求,并建立了餐厅餐座椅设计需求指标的层次模型。文章介绍了AHP、FAST和FBS方法在餐厅中就餐用户使用功能需求中的应用,提供了创新设计餐椅的系统和科学路径。通过AHP方法对设计需求进行精确量化和优先排序,通过FAST功能树模型对产品功能进行系统分解和分类,通过FBS模型将需求-功能-结构映射到具体的产品行为因素和结构模块,确保设计方案的功能实现和结构合理性。最后,通过TRIZ理论综合评估创新设计方案的结果,验证了AHP-FAST-FBS方法作为指导框架的有效性。该研究为未来的设计师提供了消费者隐性需求为主导的需求-结构创新设计方法,提高了设计方案的创新性、可行性和用户满意度。This study explores the application of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)-FAST(Function Analysis System Technique)-FBS(Function-Behavior-Structure)method in the innovative function design of dining chairs,a type of furniture integrating comfort,practicality and aesthetics in modern dining environments.It points out that existing dining chair designs mainly focus on user comfort and shape innovation,with limited researches about the function design and systematic methods of dining chairs.Through in-depth interviews and the application of KJ method,this study captures diverse consumer needs,and establishes a hierarchical model of restaurant dining chair design demand index.This study introduces the application of AHP,FAST and FBS methods to analyze the functional needs of users dinning in restaurants,and provides a systematic and scientific path for innovative dining chair designs.AHP method is used to accurately quantify and prioritize design requirements,FAST function tree model is used to systematically decompose and classify product functions,and FBS model is used to map demand-function-structure to specific product behavior factors and structural modules,so as to ensure the functional realization and structural rationality of design schemes.Finally,the effectiveness of AHP-FAST-FBS as a guiding framework is verified by the comprehensive evaluation results of innovative design schemes based on TRIZ theory.This research provides future designers a demand-structure innovation design method that prioritizes consumers’implicit needs,enhancing the innovation,feasibility and user satisfaction of design schemes.
