摘 要:为解决传统文化体验过程中的用户共情问题,从文化共情唤醒角度对家居产品进行合理的失效风险评估。针对传统FMEA方法应用在复杂文化情感体验过程中存在着权重单一和需求层次划分模糊等问题,提出了一种基于fuzzy-FMEA的文化共情唤醒效能评估方法。首先,采用半结构式访谈法收集数据并逐级编码,构建了综合用户个体差异的文化共情唤醒评价指标体系。其次,将评价体系引入到失效模式与效能分析框架中,通过评价标准转化新风险评估因素,评价指标能够有效识别关键评估内容,从而完成失效评估并输出行动优先级。最后结合唐织锦家居产品的效能评估与接触点重塑验证了研究方法和研究流程的可行性。评估结果显示,认知关联失效与叙事情境同步失效是造成文化共情唤醒失败的主要原因。To address the problem of user empathy throughout the emotional experience process,this study carries out a realistic failure risk assessment of household products in terms of cultural empathetic arousal.In response to the limitations of traditional FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis),such as single weight and fuzzy division of demand hierarchy,an efficiency evaluation method for cultural empathy arousal based on fuzzy-FMEA is proposed.Firstly,the data is collected and encoded through semi-structured interview method,and the assessment index system of cultural empathy arousal is constructed based on individual differences of users.Secondly,adding the system into FMEA framework,in which new risk assessment factors are transformed by assessment criteria and key assessment content can be effectively identified,completing failure assessment and outputting action priorities.Finally,the feasibility of the research method and process is verified by efficiency assessment and touch point optimization of Tang Brocaded household products.According to the evaluation report,cognitive association failure and narrative context synchronization failure are key reasons for cultural empathy arousal failure.
