摘　　要：为优化养老机构空间设施环境,满足老人与陪护人员舒适性共住需求,提出基于模糊Kano模型的适应性多功能陪护家具的创新设计方法。首先,从用户需求出发,根据KJ法整合专家及相关设计人员、专业陪护人员、老人及其亲属等意见,构建陪护家具用户需求清单的定级和归类;其次,通过二级需求评价项设计模糊Kano模型问卷,通过隶属度分析及重要度排序得出需求项的优先级并利用TRIZ理论中的物理冲突与技术冲突,筛选出与解决矛盾的最佳发明原理;最后,制定适应性陪护家具设计策略,进行整体的功能单元分类与重组,将初步方案细化后得到最终产品设计方案。通过定性与定量相结合的方式,探索满足老年人与陪护人员共住需求的产品设计方法,为构建产品与用户之间的和谐关系提供一定的理论依据,为提升机构养老设施用户满意度系数与提升养老陪护效率提供前瞻性的探索。To optimize the spatial facility environment of nursing homes and meet the co-living comfort needs of the elderly and their accompanying personnel,an innovative design method for adaptive and multifunctional accompanying furniture based on fuzzy Kano model is proposed.Firstly,starting from user needs,the study collects opinions from experts,relevant designers,professional accompanying personnel,the elderly and their relatives based on KJ method to classify and rank user need list for accompanying furniture.Secondly,a fuzzy Kano model questionnaire is designed based on secondary demand evaluation items.Through membership degree analysis and importance ranking,the priorities of the demand items are obtained,and by using the physical and technical contradictions in the TRIZ theory,the best inventive principles for resolving contradictions are screened out.Finally,a design strategy for adaptive accompanying furniture is formulated,with an overall classification and reorganization of functional units.After refining the preliminary plan,the final product design plan is obtained.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,this study explores product design methods that meet the co-living needs of the elderly and their accompanying personnel,offers theoretical support for building a harmonious relationship between products and users,and provides forward-looking insights for improving user satisfaction coefficient of institutional elderly care facilities and efficiency of care-giving services for the elderly.
