摘　　要：本文探讨文旅融合视域下涠洲岛民宿的可持续化设计策略。通过查找相关文献和实地调查,从文旅融合与可持续化发展的角度,综合分析涠洲岛民宿行业的设计现状,总结出当前存在的五大问题:涠洲岛民宿区域规划缺乏差异定位、建造选址缺乏资源统筹、景观设计缺乏生态保护、建筑改造缺乏统一规范、装修风格缺乏地域特色。针对这些问题提出了相应的解决设计策略:在民宿区域划分上实施分层次差异化定位,在建造选址上整合散落民居资源,在景观设计上优先保护原有生态,在建筑改造上制定统一设计标准,在软装搭配上融入地域特色文化。这些策略不仅为涠洲岛民宿产业的可持续发展提供了新思路,也为滨海类民宿产业的文旅融合探索了可行路径,同时对推动向海经济的高质量、可持续发展进行有机补充。This paper discusses the sustainable design strategy of homestays on Weizhou Island from the perspective of culture and tourism integration.Through relevant literature researches and field investigations,and from the perspective of culture and tourism integration and sustainable development,this paper comprehensively analyzes the design status of the homestay industry on Weizhou Island,and summarizes five major problems that currently exist:a lack of differentiated regional planing of homestays,resource planning for construction sites,ecological protection in landscape design,unified standards for architectural renovation,and regional characteristics in decoration style.In view of these problems,corresponding design strategies are proposed:implementing hierarchical and differentiated positioning in the division of homestay regions,integrating scattered homestay resources in the construction site selection,giving priority to protect original ecology in the landscape design,formulating unified design standards in the architectural renovation,and incorporating unique regional culture into soft furnishing collocation.These strategies not only provide new ideas for the sustainable development of Weizhou Island’s homestay industry,but also explore a practical path for the integration of culture and tourism in the coastal homestay industry,and at the same time organically supplement the high-quality and sustainable development of seaward economy.
