摘　　要：旧城更新是上海中心城区城市建设面临的主要课题。由于上海人口正迈向深度老龄化,原有城市公共空间环境老化衰败,上海各区都在启动更新。该研究基于上海市静安区“美丽街道”的旧城更新设计实践项目,在充分分析现在的建筑品质、公共空间特性、居民年龄、建设时间和经费等多方面因素之后,色彩更新被选为社区改造的主要策略。社区公共空间更新后的环境品质和艺术氛围得到较大提升,受到了当地广大居民的广泛好评,增强了居民对社区的归属感和自豪感。通过多元性色彩交流、适老性色彩营造和功能性色彩设计来激发社区公共空间活力,力图打造一个更为积极、健康的代际融合环境。研究人口老龄化为导向的旧城更新设计新范式,进一步提出色彩提升策略,在人口老龄化国家的城市更新中,具有很强的可推广性和普适性。Renewal of old cities is a major subject in the development of central urban area in Shanghai.As its population is moving towards deep aging,and the original urban public space environment is deteriorating,all districts in Shanghai are starting to update.This study is based on the renewal design practice project of“Beautiful Street”in Jing’an District,Shanghai.After fully analyzing factors such as the current architectural quality,public space characteristics,residents’ages,construction time and funds,color transformation is selected as the main strategy for community transformation.After renewal,the environment quality and artistic atmosphere of the community public space have been greatly improved and received widespread praise from the vast majority of local residents,enhancing their sense of belonging and pride in the community.By means of diverse color communication,elderly-friendly color creation and functional color design,the project stimulates the vitality of community public space,aiming to create a more positive and healthy intergenerational integration environment.This research explores a new paradigm of population aging-oriented renewal design of old cities and puts forward color improvement strategies,offering high potential for replication and applicability in urban renewal across aging countries.
