摘  要:柑橘渣是柑橘加工后的副产品,具有产量大、价格低廉,富含碳水化合物和脂肪等常规营养成分,同时含有多种功能性成分的特点,可作为一种优质的非常规饲料原料。柑橘渣作为畜禽饲料的原料,不仅可以降低生产成本,缓解环境和我国饲料资源匮乏带来的压力,还可以改善畜禽的肠道健康、免疫力和生产性能。本文旨在通过对柑橘渣的营养品质、成分、加工技术及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,为柑橘渣饲料资源化的利用和开发提供参考。Citrus pomace,a by-product of citrus processing,is characterized by high yield,low price,rich in conventional nutrients such as carbohydrates and fats,as well as a variety of functional ingredients,and can be used as a high-quality non-conventional feed ingredient.The use of citrus pomace as a raw material for livestock and poultry feeds not only reduces production costs and alleviates the pressure brought by the environment and the scarcity of feed resource sources in China,but also improves the intestinal health,immunity,and production performance of livestock and poultry.The aim of the article was to provide a reference for the resourceful utilization and development of citrus pomace feed by reviewing the nutritional quality,composition and treatment process of citrus pomace,as well as its application in livestock and poultry production.
