摘　　要：鼻胃管留置是重症监护室常见的治疗措施。合适的鼻胃管固定方式以及有效的减压措施对于减轻患者鼻部压力、提升患者舒适度以及降低脱管风险具有至关重要的作用。本研究介绍了一款新型的防压力性损伤鼻贴的设计及其使用方法。该鼻贴能够显著降低鼻部医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的发生风险,优化鼻胃管的固定效果,不仅有助于减轻医护人员的工作负担,还能有效缓解患者的痛苦,具有积极的临床应用价值。In clinical practice,especially for severe cases,nasogastric tubes are often used.Suitable and pressure-relieving nasal patches are crucial for reducing nasal pressure,increasing patient comfort,and lowering the risk of tube dislodgement.This study introduces the design and usage of a novel pressure injury prevention nasal patch that effectively reduces the incidence of pressure injuries related to nasal medical devices,improves fixation efficacy,and positively contributes to reducing healthcare workers'workload and alleviating patient discomfort.
